Can I add to or change items in my order after placing it?

Because we aspire to get orders into the mail as quickly as possible, our policy in general is once an order has been placed, it’s not able to be changed.

That said, if an order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to honor customer requests to add to or change orders. So, if you literally just placed an order, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best. 🙂
